At Nayore, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping procedures.

Shipping & Delivery

Every Nayore piece is solid 9K gold, BIS hallmarked, and made to order. That shapes how we ship — and we would rather tell you the honest timeline than a convenient one.

Order processing Orders are confirmed and taken into production within 1–2 business days. We do not process or dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery timelines Because each piece is made to order rather than pulled from stock, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from order confirmation.

• Ready-to-dispatch pieces: usually 7–10 business days
• Made-to-order and personalised pieces: usually 10–15 business days

We will confirm your expected date by WhatsApp or email after your order is placed. If anything is running late, you will hear it from us first — not after you chase us.

Shipping charges Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery COD is available on selected pincodes. A ₹250 advance is payable at the time of ordering, and the balance is paid to the courier on delivery. The ₹250 advance covers production and dispatch costs and is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery. If you accept the order, the ₹250 is adjusted against your total — you pay nothing extra.

Tracking A tracking link is sent by email and SMS on dispatch.

Serviceability We currently ship within India only. Enter your pincode on any product page to confirm delivery availability before ordering.
